Floating Soundbath MPLS at the Guthrie for the WeCare Conference

On September 10, Floating Soundbath MPLS took the stage at the Guthrie Theater for the 2026 WeCare Conference, a gathering focused on the wellbeing of people who work in healthcare.

Our session, The Neurobiology of Stress Recovery with Sound, brought the sound bath out of the pool and into the theater. Our sound healers filled the room with crystal singing bowls, gongs and voice while attendees slowed down, breathed and let their nervous systems reset.

Healthcare workers spend their days caring for everyone else. It meant a lot to give some of that care back, in one of Minneapolis’s most iconic spaces.
